Materials 3 fresh ginseng roots, 4 jujubes, 15 grams of ginger, 50 grams of sugar and 3 cups of soju (Korean native spirit)
 
1. Using a brush, wash ginseng roots in water and remove from the water.
2. Wipe dirt off from jujubes and make incisions. Skin gingers and slice in thin pieces.
3. Place 1 and 2 above into an airtight container and add sugar.
4. Add soju and close the cap. Ageing process will take about six months.


¡Ø It is good for recuperation to have ginseng gruel between meals.
